My technique is unique in that I combine 8 years experience as an acupuncturist and working with the body’s meridians with my license as a massage therapist to give a long lasting therapeutic balancing & stretching. I practice John F Barnes Myofascial Release (JFBMFR) Approach along with Acupressure and Trigger Point therapy.

     The JFBMFR is considered to be the ultimate in mind/body therapy that is safe, gentle, and consistently effective in producing results that last.      The Whole Body/Mind approach is used with JFBMFR to reduce pain, restore movement, increase your energy and function.
